The B&B you have chosen is located in Palermo near Via Roma, at No. 105 of Via Mariano Stabile
Via Roma was designed to be the city’s most important street in the first master plan of the city of Palermo and was built between the end of the nineteenth and the first half of the twentieth century, between 1894 and 1936. Several buildings had to be demolished in order to complete the route. On the south side, the street begins from Giulio Cesare Square, where the main central railway station, inaugurated in 1886, stands.
The Beautiful Life B&B is located in an Art Nouveau building, the style that characterises the whole area in the centre of Palermo between the Politeama Theatre (250 m) and the Massimo Opera House (500 m). The port is just 1 km away.
Our position is strategic both for cultural visits to monuments, churches and museums and to immerse oneself in one of the main typical open-air markets such as the Capo, the Vucciria, and Ballarò, or in the characteristic nightlife of the Cassaro.
We are on the outer limits of the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). It is ideal for those who want to visit the city without means of transport, strolling and observing the beauty of the historic buildings, and nearby with the city’s finest bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants where you can enjoy local specialties, or the characteristic streets where you can eat typical Sicilian delicacies considered to be among the best street-food in the world
